Brief Introduction:

Manual Powder Packing System includes one set of DCS screw quantitative filling machine drived by servo motor, one set of belt conveyor or roller conveyor, one set of heat sealer machine, one set of lifting screw, used for filling powder.

Applied To: flour, food additives, carbon dust, fire extinguisher dry chemicals, graphene, albumen powder, milk power, facial mask powder, milk-tea powder etc.

GENERAL INTRODUTION

Powder manual bagger without net weigher is used as a semi-automatic bagging station in combination with bag clamps, a bag sealing system and a conveyor. This is a popular low-cost solution and it can be equipped with screw feeding devices to operate in a wide range of industries in powder material.
