Brief Introduction：

Automatic Baggers For Granule includes one set of filling machine (Multi-head weighers or Linear weighers), one set of bag maker (Pre-made bag given machine, VFFS or Horizontal Bag Feeder), also with lifting equipments like Z-elevator .

Applied To: rice, seeds, grains, plastic granule, coffee bean, animal feed, maize, corn, fertilizer, granulated sugar, salt, yeast, beans, candy etc.

Bag Material: PP & PE film roll, pre-made plastic bag (material must be air proof), zippered bag, stand-up bag etc.

General Introduction

An Automatic Bagger (0~5KG) is consisted of filling parts and bagging parts. The filling parts we usually using multi-head weighers or Linear weighers. And the bagging machine is vertical bagging machine (VFFS) or rotary bagging machine (Pre-made bags/Vertical Bagging Machine/Granule Bagging System).

The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of clip, easily operate, and save time. The part where touch to the materials is made of stainless steel and according with the request of GMP Security Device. No pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials. Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.
