Automatic Baggers For Powder includes one set of powder filling machine (Vertical screw feeder), one set of bag maker (Pre-made bag given machine, VFFS or Horizontal Bag Feeder), also with lifting equipments like filling screw.

Applied To: flour, food additives, carbon dust, fire extinguisher dry chemicals, graphene, albumen powder, milk power, facial mask powder, milk-tea powder etc.

General Introduction

Automatic baggers for powder is combination of auger filling device and bagging machine for solving the powder packing dilemma. This system can be divided into dosing filling and packing units. Dosing device is in servo motor auger filling units and packing device is in VFFS bagging machine (fill roll) or Multiple-stations rotary machine (Pre-made bags). With its popular low-cost solution, it can be operated in a wide range of industries such as food, medicine, cosmetics and chemical. Multiple-stations Rotary Machine

The powder packing machine is suitable for powder material, such as milk powder, flour, coffee powder, seasoning, additive, chemical supplies and other powder material automatic packing.

Automatic checking function: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
Safety device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.
The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of clip, easily operate, and save time.
The part where touch to the materials is made of stainless steel and according with the request of GMP.
